Basis Technologies' original website was built on Drupal, but the company had been through different third party vendors that were not able to develop the functionality and quality they required. Basis was seeking a partner that could deliver a fully functional, responsive website that would allow them to capture useful
information about prospective clients. As Basis underwent new branding, messaging and positioning initiatives, it was critical that their website matched all other company efforts. The development of the website would need to be done before the launch of the rebranding campaigns - an eight week time frame.
Basis chose Icreon as a partner due to the way Icreon approaches Drupal, implementing flexible modules and utilising custom taxonomies instead of hardcoding. Icreon’s Senior Architects had two weeks to architect a solution that would provide Basis a fully functional and responsive website to easily capture information about prospective clients.
To accomplish that, the Drupal backend would also need to integrate with their existing Salesforce CRM. In addition, to remain consistent with Basis Technologies’ rebranding efforts, Icreon would need to work with a third party design team.
Using custom taxonomies, sections of the website like customer testimonials, system features, and clients can be changed on the fly, with no hardcoding necessary.
The website is fully responsive, allowing users full capabilities whether they access through mobile, tablet, desktop or any other device.
Contact forms are completely integrated with Salesforce Pardot, enabling Basis to run extensive marketing automation campaigns.
