ITAD’s internal process management tool is used to manage customers, log events, and streamline business workflows. The application was developed in .NET by a third party vendor. Dissatisfied with delivery, response times, and overall functionality provided,
ITAD sought a new technology partner that would manage the application, delivering on requests and functionality within deadlines. In addition, ITAD wanted to integrate the application with AIRCLIC - a windows-operated handheld device that allows event logs to be taken on the go.
To develop their ideal platform, ITAD handed the task of application maintenance to Icreon. To deliver the desired functionality, Icreon would need to add specialty features like form-based approval workflows, a customer-facing
portal, and new reporting capabilities. To streamline the operations even further, Icreon would integrate the application with AIRCLIC – a handheld device used to scan items for quicker information input.
